Matthews & Jones, LLP, is happy to announce that the firm is a Corporate Sponsor of Trees on the Coast, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit.  Please see below information provided by Trees on the Coast, Inc., regarding their current project, their upcoming dedication ceremony to honor fallen servicemen.

501(c)3 Nonprofit, Trees on the Coast is partnering with the City of Destin to plant 49 beautiful, Sand Live Oaks and approximately 1,400 African Iris’s in the median of Airport Rd. from Main St. to Hwy. 98.  Presently, Howard Group and Century 21 Blue Marlin, Pelican have joined our cause to make this wonderful project become a reality, but we need your help to complete the project.  We are looking for individuals, businesses and corporations to join us in this worthy beautification project with donations to help us complete the project.

As you may be aware, 2 years ago, 11 servicemen tragically gave their lives in a helicopter accident that had taken off from the Destin Airport.  We will be planting 11 of these trees to honor the fallen servicemen.  In January, we will have a dedication ceremony on Airport Rd. to honor these servicemen.  We would love for you to be a part of this ceremony.  Please help us beautify a streetscape in desperate need of landscaping and honor our servicemen who gave their lives for our country.
