Dawn Stuntz: Leading Our Transactional Department
Dawn Stuntz will be taking the helm as the new leader of our Transactional Department. In this vital role, she’ll also act as the firm’s liaison with our Real Estate Closing Department, which is expertly managed by Tammy Flemming. Dawn’s supervisory responsibilities will span a wide array of areas, including new client intake for:

C. Stephen Tatum: Guiding Land Use Entitlements
C. Stephen Tatum will be stepping into the leadership role for our well-established Land Use Entitlement Department. This specialized department focuses on helping property owners navigate the complexities of real estate development, assisting with:
- Development Permits
- Variances
- Land Use Determinations
- Conditional Use Permits
- Other local, state, and federal permits related to Real Estate Development
In addition to his leadership in land use, Steve will continue to handle specific litigation matters, leveraging his extensive expertise in:
- Petitions for Writs of Certiorari
- Bert Harris Claims
- Property Rights Protection
- Submerged Land Issues
