Tammie Fleming
Closing Manager – Licensed Title Agent
As a true Southern Girl, Tammie was born in Memphis and grew up along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Though her career path began with a marketing degree and working for doctors and lawyers, her passion has always been in real estate. In 1999, Tammie decided to pursue a career in real estate sales and soon after became a real estate broker, while managing real estate agents. She was passionate and excited by the business, so Tammie set out to learn every aspect of the industry. Her advanced knowledge made it easy for her to transition over to a closing agent position and obtain her title agent license. Tammie has always been a beach lover, so naturally, after vacationing for years in Destin and along 30A, she and her husband, Pat, took the opportunity to make it permanent, and moved to Destin.
Tammie joined Matthews & Jones in August 2015 as a closing agent for the Destin area.
Tammie doesn’t just examine title commitments and close transactions, she also builds lifelong friendships with the customers she serves.
Keith
Keith was born in Nashville and grew up in Middle Tennessee. After vacationing in this area for years, Keith decide to move to the Emerald Coast in 2017.
With a passion for precision and a commitment to exceptional service, Keith serves as a trusted real estate closing agent dedicated to making the closing process smooth, secure, and stress-free.
Bringing 7 years of experience in title, escrow, and 20 years of experience in real estate transactions, Keith works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure every detail is handled accurately and efficiently. From contract to closing table, he provides clear communication, timely updates, and expert oversight to keep each transaction on track.

Juanita
Originally from Louisiana, Juanita was born and raised in Metairie a suburb of New Orleans and is a proud mother of two who has always been deeply involved in her children’s education and extracurricular activities. As a grandmother of 4 she enjoys spending quality time with them.
Juanita’s career path began in the banking business which eventually led her to a prosperous real estate career in Louisiana. Driven by a lifelong dream to live and work along the Emerald Coast, she made the move to Destin in 2015, where she earned her Florida Real Estate license and began pursuing her continued passion for the industry.
In July 2025, Juanita joined Matthews & Matthews as a Closing Processor, bringing her dedication, attention to detail, and love for helping clients through the final steps of their real estate journey. Known for her warm personality and strong work ethic, she’s an asset to the Destin-area team.
Outside of work, Juanita finds joy in spending time at the beach, making memories with family, watching Disney classics, listening to music, and relaxing with a good movie or book.
