New partner Dawn E. Stuntz to lead Real Estate Division

Mrs. Stuntz has been an associate of the firm since 2006 and specializes in multiple areas of practice including real estate finance and transaction, real estate closings, probate, land use development and local government law. Dawn currently represents the Mid-Bay Bridge Authority, the Destin Fire Control District and the Walton County Tax Collector.

After living some of her earliest years in England, Dawn was raised primarily along the Emerald Coast and received a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1996. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1999, Dawn moved back to the Emerald Coast to work for a local law firm.

In the spring of 2002 Dawn assisted with the formation of a local real estate company and in November of 2002 she joined Southern Escrow & Title, LLC, as general counsel and Vice -President. There she directed the commercial closing department and served as the exchange facilitator for Southern Exchange Service, LLC. She also independently operated her solo practice, Dawn E. Larsh, P.A.

Dawn and her husband, Jason, reside in Destin with their two daughters, Carsen and Paige.
